So many of us are living at a pace that leaves no room to feel what is actually happening. We carry so much, grief, uncertainty, the weight of a world in flux, the stories we have inherited about who we are supposed to be, and we keep moving, because stopping feels dangerous, because stillness might let something in we are not sure we can hold.

And in all that carrying, something constricts and the lightness in us goes. The curiosity, the sense of wonder, the capacity to ask our questions with any real openness, all of it pressed down under the weight of surviving.

What if it didn't have to be that way?

There is an Inuit word, qarrtsiluni, that has stayed with me since I first encountered it. It means sitting together in the dark, waiting for something to emerge. It’s not ‘fixing’ nor performing and not rushing towards a quick resolution but just being present, together, with what is already there.

That is the spirit of this work.

The one-to-one space with me is an invitation to land. To put some of what you have been carrying down, to be met with warmth and real curiosity, and to explore, with soft hands, what might be asking for your attention. This is a space where the hard things and the tender things and even the playful things can coexist, where you don't need to be fixed to be held, where something felt and alive can begin to move again. The deeper work often arrives not through effort but through trust, through the slow building of a space where something true can finally surface.

That is what we are tending together.

My approach is relational and body-oriented, and this work begins from the belief that you are not broken. That you already carry more intelligence about your own life than you may have had space to hear. I come to this space with what Carl Rogers called unconditional positive regard, a deep, unshakeable belief in you and your capacity. My role is not to interpret or impose meaning, but to listen underneath the words, with my whole body, for what is already trying to speak.

We stay close to what is alive in the moment, noticing sensations, emotions, stories and patterns as they arise, following the thread of what wants attention. Something I have come to know, both in my own life and in this work, is how much constricts when we are consumed with trying to fix ourselves. The efforting, the constant self-assessment. All of it presses down on the very things we most need, our curiosity, our wonder, our capacity to ask our questions with openness and even a little delight. Some of the most alive moments in this work arrive when we loosen our grip and start listening.

Depending on what feels most alive, we might use somatic explorations, simple rituals, visualisations, movement, or approaches drawn from practices like Hakomi, focusing or constellation work, as doorways into what is already there. The intention here is not to force change but to tend to what is present, to trust in emergence, to make space for something new to find its way through. In the same way a seed already knows how to become a tree, you already contain everything you need. What we are doing together is tending the conditions, creating enough warmth, enough space, enough light for what is already in you to find its way toward the surface.

You can expect me to listen closely, reflect back what I hear, celebrate your courage, and gently challenge you when I sense there may be something wants to be met more honestly.

At its heart, this work is about helping you relate to yourself with more curiosity, more compassion, and more freedom to move forward in your life from a from a more aligned place.

This work is ideally suited for people who are tired of seeing themselves as a problem to be solved. People who have spent years trying to fit the mould, the right job, the right shape, the right version of themselves, and who are beginning to suspect that what they need is not more optimisation, but something closer to their own essence, and a space where that essence can finally be met with kindness.

You might be navigating a transition, standing at a threshold, carrying grief you have not yet had space for, or facing a decision you cannot quite land. Or you might simply have that persistent sense of being a round peg pushed into a square hole, and a growing feeling that the answer is not to keep pushing. Sometimes the starting point is simply a sense that something in your life wants attention.

This work tends to resonate with people who feel the weight of the world but still want to stay open to joy, who are questioning inherited stories about who they are meant to be, and who long for a space where they can be honest, complex and fully human.

You might have recognised yourself in something I have written or shared, and want a space where that resonance can be explored more deeply.

You don't need to arrive with everything figured out, or with a clearly defined problem. What matters most is a willingness to show up honestly, and a desire to move forward in a way that feels more true to who you are.

  • I came to somatic work after reaching the limits of talk therapy, looking for a gentler, more embodied way to move through transition. Working with Naomi felt easy and natural from the beginning. Her calm, kind, and curious presence helped me quiet down and listen in new ways. I now feel more playful, lighthearted, and connected to my own values, with a deep trust that the wisdom I was seeking already lives within me.

  • Before we started, I was in a very dark, low-energy depressive state, barely eating, not sleeping, and glued to my bed. I wanted to learn how to feel alive again and be present in my body. I was surprised by the quick shift after the very first session, and by the growing sense of awareness and belonging in my body each time. What has stayed with me is the ability to slow down, stay present, not take things so seriously, and tune into play, curiosity, and how I speak about myself. This work is very different from traditional talk therapy, it’s about becoming one with your body and learning to listen to it, through simple but deeply transformative practices.

  • I came to this work through Naomi’s writing and her fearlessness in sitting with the unknown. With her gentle guidance, I began to meet the places I’d been avoiding, shame, fear, and self-judgment, and what surprised me most was how safe it felt. New ways of being emerged through my body, and I now move through life with more ease and self-trust. Naomi’s presence invites softness, possibility, and aliveness.

  • I came to Naomi feeling cut off, lonely, and intimidated to connect with someone I admired so deeply. She met me with humility, openness, and devotion, creating a space where I could move from feeling stuck to receiving the connection I’d been longing for. Naomi is a wise and trustworthy guide, and she makes it possible to show up just as you are.

  • A session with Naomi feels like a gentle breeze that stirs something deep inside. Her presence is creative, intuitive, and quietly magical, inviting play, trust, and a sense of homecoming in the body. I leave feeling more alive, aligned, and open to what comes next.

  • Naomi has a soft, tender presence that feels deeply grounding. Even in one session, I experienced a gentle reset, which made the time with her feel truly worthwhile.

  • Naomi’s gentle guidance helped me access lightness, honesty, and compassion during a difficult time. Her somatic approach offered a spacious way to move through challenge, a beautiful reminder to stay soft, alive, and open, even when things feel hard.

Sessions are held online via Zoom and last 60 minutes. There is no physical touch involved, though we may at times explore simple self-touch, grounding or body-awareness practices together.

Between sessions, light check-ins are available to share a reflection, an update, or a moment of accountability around the next steps that surfaced from our work together. We may not speak every week, but staying in gentle contact about how you are getting on with what emerged is something I consider a real part of the process, the thread that holds the container between our meetings.

Sessions can be recorded if you would like a copy for personal reflection but please make your request at the beginning of our sessions.

A note on scope: this work supports personal exploration and development and at times feel thereputic but it is not therapy. I do not provide crisis support between sessions, and you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and outcomes. If you are currently in acute distress or crisis, I would encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional. If you need help finding the right person, I am happy to point you in the right direction.

I have found that this work is most supportive when it unfolds over time.

Meeting regularly allows space for trust to grow and for what is emerging in your life to be explored with care and continuity. For that reason, the main way I work is through an ongoing container, with a single session option available for returning clients.

The cocoon An initial three-month container, two sessions a month, six sessions in total. This is the foundation, enough time for trust to develop and for something real to begin to shift.

My suggested cadence is bi-weekly, though some people prefer to meet more or less frequently depending on what feels right for them.

£900 / €1,035 / $1,188 in total, £150 / €173 / $198 per session. Payment plans are available and the first payment must be made before we begin. After three months, sessions continue month to month at £300 / €345 / $396 per month.

Single session For returning clients who would like occasional support between or after a container.

£175 / €201 / $231
