I work one-to-one with people who are moving through periods of transition, thresholds where something old no longer fits, but the new shape hasn’t fully arrived yet.

Many people find their way here through my writing. They read something that touches an experience they’ve been carrying quietly, often with shame, confusion, or a sense of being alone with it, and want a space to speak it aloud with someone who already understands the terrain.

Often, the people who come to this work are capable, thoughtful, and deeply self-aware, and still feel tired of holding themselves to impossible standards, or trying to optimise their way through grief, uncertainty, or change.

There can be a sense of functioning on the surface, while something underneath is asking for attention.

Our work together is not about fixing or improving you, but about creating the conditions for something truer to be heard and lived. It’s about slowing down enough to listen, to your body, your inner rhythms, your grief, your longings, your resistance, and allowing something more honest to take shape from there.

My practice is relational, somatic, and intuitive. We work through conversation and gentle somatic inquiry, listening to felt sense and to what the body is communicating, trusting that you already carry important wisdom.

While we honour what has come before, the work is present-focused and forward-moving, supporting clarity, integration, and grounded next steps that can be lived, not just understood. Many people arrive having reached the limits of talk-based or purely analytical spaces, and are looking for a way of working that includes the body, the nervous system, and lived experience as sources of intelligence.

Much of this work involves listening to the stories we’ve learned to tell about ourselves, stories that once helped us survive, make sense of our lives, or protect us from pain. These stories are not wrong, they are often deeply intelligent. And at the same time, some of them can begin to limit us, keeping us tethered to identities, patterns, or ways of being that no longer reflect who we are becoming.

I accompany people in meeting the stories they carry, and in slowly rewriting them from the inside out.

People often arrive here during periods of transition, when familiar ways of being no longer fit, but the next shape has not yet fully arrived. This can show up in relationships, around moving or place, work and identity shifts, experiences of loss, or broader questions of meaning, direction, and purpose.

Over time, people often describe leaving with a felt sense of what is true for them beyond analysis, greater self-trust and embodied clarity, a return of lightness, playfulness, and aliveness, practical next steps that feel grounded and aligned, and the relief of not having to do it all alone. We make space for complexity, and we still support movement forward.

Together, we create a cocoon where old narratives can be held with care, questioned without force, and loosened where they no longer fit, allowing a story that is more aligned with who you are already in the process of becoming to take shape.

What people often name as different here is the combination of depth and lightness, the ability to meet difficult material without it becoming overwhelming, and to leave feeling more grounded, more alive, and more themselves.

This is a relational space held with care and consent. Often, people arrive because they recognise themselves in something I’ve shared through my writing or voice, and want a place where that resonance can be met gently. I’m here to accompany you, not to fix or direct, holding the understanding that you already carry insight and agency, even when it doesn’t yet feel accessible. When it feels supportive, we may bring in simple moments of ritual, as well as softness and playfulness, to help things loosen so clarity can emerge without force.

  • I offer this work in an eight-session cycle. Over time, I’ve found that this length allows enough space for deeper trust to build which means the work naturally can deepen. It also allows us to return to what’s been uncovered and support integration over time.

  • One-to-one, private sessions held on Zoom

  • Sessions held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and capacity

  • Many people come with a wider theme they’re exploring, while each session begins by tuning into the question or inquiry that feels most present in that moment.

  • Sessions are spacious and responsive, allowing room for somatic inquiry, reflection, clarity and next steps.

  • Between sessions, I offer light, intentional support where helpful, such as brief check-ins or reflections to support integration. This is held within clear boundaries, so the work remains spacious, contained, and sustainable for us both.

If this is resonating with (or in!) you and you’re curious to know (and feel!) more book a 30-minute connection call with me below. This is a spacious, no-pressure conversation to ask questions, get a feel for each other, and sense whether working together would be supportive and aligned.

For clarity, this work is not psychotherapy or a crisis support service. While it can feel deeply therapeutic, it is offered as a relational, body-oriented coaching and guidance space. I ask that clients take responsibility for their own care outside our sessions and have additional support available if needed. If you’re in acute crisis or feel unsure whether this container is right for you, we can talk together about what might best support you at this time.

£1,200 / €1,400 / $1,600

(£150 / €175 / $200 per session)

Typically held over around 2–3 months.

Payment is made at the beginning of the cycle.

Payment plans may be available and can be discussed upon request.

If this container isn’t the right fit for you at this moment, I also offer group spaces and other ways to work together.

I believe in care that is mutual and sustainable. My one-to-one work is priced to reflect the depth of the relationship, the care and energy involved in holding people over time, and my ongoing study and lived experience. This structure allows me to work with fewer people and build deeper, more attentive relationships. I also offer group spaces, writing, and public gatherings as more accessible ways to work together. At certain times, I may have limited reduced-rate spaces available, and you’re always welcome to inquire!

  • I came to this work through Naomi’s writing and her fearlessness in sitting with the unknown. With her gentle guidance, I began to meet the places I’d been avoiding, shame, fear, and self-judgment, and what surprised me most was how safe it felt. New ways of being emerged through my body, and I now move through life with more ease and self-trust. Naomi’s presence invites softness, possibility, and aliveness.
